This project focused on a comprehensive cosmetic refresh that transformed the home from top to bottom. Upstairs, existing carpet was replaced with beautiful real hardwood flooring, while durable luxury vinyl plank flooring was installed throughout the lower level. The kitchen received an updated look with new quartz countertops, and all three bathrooms were refreshed with new vanities, quartz countertops, tubs/shower pans, and tile finishes. Additional improvements included replacing the weatherproof deck and constructing new handrails to enhance both safety and appearance. New baseboards and fresh interior paint throughout the home tied everything together, creating a bright, cohesive, and updated living space that feels fresh and modern.
