Mike brings over 25 years of experience as a general contractor, specializing in high-quality residential renovations and construction. Known for his attention to detail, disciplined project timelines, and commitment to doing things the right way, he approaches every project with a focus on safety, structural integrity, and exceptional craftsmanship.

Over the past 15 years, Mike has also purchased and fully renovated distressed properties, transforming them into beautifully restored homes. Rather than simply “flipping houses,” he completes full-scale renovations designed to create lasting value.

As a real estate broker, Mike offers a unique advantage. Having personally purchased, renovated, and sold more than 30 homes—taking on the financial risk himself—he understands the process from both a builder’s and investor’s perspective. Clients appreciate his hands-on approach and dedication, whether that means answering a call when they need him or pulling on his boots and headlamp to check out a crawl space himself.

When he’s not working, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife and their three daughters—camping, boating, wine tasting, and exploring the five acres they call home in Clearview.

Nicole brings over 16 years of experience in the advertising and marketing industry, including time spent working at a professional advertising agency. Her expertise spans copywriting, email marketing, website design, blogging, social media strategy, and targeted online advertising—ensuring the right audience sees the right message at the right time.

At McRae Homes, Nicole leads the company’s marketing and brand presence, helping showcase the craftsmanship, projects, and values behind the work. Her approach is personable, creative, and relationship-driven. Rather than simply promoting a service, Nicole focuses on telling the story behind each project and highlighting the people and families who make it meaningful. She also collaborates on the design of several homes the team has renovated, selecting cabinets, quartz, tile, colors, and design elements that bring each property to life.

Nicole’s approach to marketing is personable, creative, and relationship-driven. Rather than simply promoting a home for sale or project, she focuses on telling the story behind it—highlighting the details, design, and people that make it special.

When she’s not working on marketing campaigns or creative projects, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family, cheering them on at their activities (aka competitive dance), and caring for their dog, kitty (RIP 2/25/26), and 12 chickens.
