Completed in under two months, this project showcases our commitment to efficiency and quality craftsmanship. We removed the old garage roof and built a new second-story addition designed to capture the beautiful views of Lake Washington.

The new space includes a bright, spacious bedroom with plenty of natural light and elevated views. To make the most of the location, we added a waterproof deck right off the bedroom, creating a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the scenery. The deck’s weatherproof design also keeps the garage below completely dry.
