Making Your Dreams a Reality

Interior Construction

Here’s where dreams begin to some true; most interior construction addes immediate value to the home; from a new tile backsplash and updated fixtures to new lighting installation, new paint and new flooring. There are finishes to consider, colors to pick and style and space to take into consideration along with budget and practicality. It’s a delicate balance, but one that we are well accustomed to. Our job is to narrow down the choices for you, offer you options that are within your budget and make magic happen.

We offer design services as well as our personal deals with local cabinet makers, electricians and plumbers saving you time and money. Our goal is to get the your home running smoothly again as soon as possible, so we make sure that every construction piece is lined up and timed to be the most efficient.

From Bones to Curb Appeal

Curb appeal is a major reason that siding replacement ranks so highly on the Cost vs. Value report, according to HGTV. New exterior siding also brings the added value of being low maintenance, which is an issue that new homebuyers ranked as highly important.

There are some important things to consider when updating your home: are you planning on staying in the home long enough to enjoy the cost/time of the project? What do you currently use the space for and what is the best way to create more usable space? It’s our job to work with you to ask the right questions and offer our years of experience to answer your questions.

Bump Out or Addition

There are a lot of options available to make better use of the current space, add space onto an existing room - a “Bump Out” - or even adding a new room onto the existing home. You can add to the square footage of the home and take advantage of a home that you already have equity in. Projects can be as simple as converting a garage or bonus room and as large as adding a second story or a new garage to an existing house.

All of these options take less time and money than a complete home remodel and you can begin taking advantage of the space much sooner. Mike and Nicole will walk you through options like a new home office, expanded primary bedroom or addition of an expanded en-suite bathroom, guest bedroom, walk- in closets, maybe adding double doors off of the dining room to expand the entertaining options into the backyard and new patio; the options are endless.

Whatever your renovation dreams, McRae Homes can help you realize them. From a quick refresher or a full gutting and reworking of the space we take planning seriously to create a smooth experience.
