This project involved expanding this Woodinville home with a 700 sq. ft. addition and redesigning the existing main floor with a brand-new layout and makeover. It all kicked off with one of my favorite parts—excavating the site and then pouring the foundation. From there, we framed the addition, giving shape to the new space and bringing the vision to life. Once the structure was in place, we installed the windows to let in plenty of natural light and create a warm, welcoming feel. We also re-roofed the entire house and added new gutters.

After that, we roughed in the plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. We installed insulation and drywall throughout, then moved on to cabinetry in the kitchen and laundry room. On the exterior, we sided the entire addition, installed new decking on the front porch, and built a brand-new staircase. To top it all off, we also built a carport—adding both function and curb appeal to the property.
